The stage of assessment

The stage of assessment

During this module from the beginning I was doing all my efforts to form my object which I have chosen to be my project in this module, and now it is the time to check our learners of their understanding what I was speaking about, this stage is called the assessment stage , and Assessment   of   student   learning   is   a   fundamental   aspect   of   instruction to take feedback of what we have done.
The word assessment comes from the Latin root word”assesare” which means to sit beside.
There are two kinds of assessments the first called   Formative assessment which occurs while knowledge is being learned.  And the other is called Summative assessment which occurs at the end of a learning episode – for example, at the end of a course.
In this stage I am going to use many ways to asses the online learners through asking some questions to be answered and there I may put choices for the answers,  and there I will use the ppt and animations and trigger , also I will use quizzes in ppt .
This way of assessing the online students will make me and the learners with each other closely contact, and also will make them understand the subject very well in an attractive model.

After we create the timeline, we can add more dates, move dates, change layouts and colors, and apply different styles. We can create timeline in power Points as follow: 1.     On the Insert tab, in the Illustrations group, click Smart Art. 2.     In the Choose a Smart Art Graphic gallery, click Process, and then double-click a timeline layout (such as Basic Timeline). 3.   To enter your text, do one of the following: Click [Text] in the Text pane, and then type your text. Educators may find timelines a useful strategy for a variety o...

Summative Assessment

Summative Assessment Last blog I take the formative assessment as a subject matter for that blog, and because in the other hand standing the other type of assessment, so it became an obligation to discuss the Summative assessment (or summative evaluation) which refers to the assessment of participants where the focus is on the outcome of a program. This contrasts with formative assessment, which summarizes the participants' development at a particular time. Summative assessment is widely taught in educational programs.   The goal of summative assessment is to evaluate student learning at the end of an instructional unit by comparing it against some standard or benchmark. Summative assessments may be distributed throughout a course, after a particular unit (or collection of topics) have been taught, and there are advantages to doing so. In many disciplines there has been a move away from 100% end of course assessments, to a model where summative assessments are distributed...
